SAFE Scripting Method

I am attempting to create a technology solution to increase privacy, expand commerce, and universally eliminate cross-site scripting (XSS) and cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerabilities. I am giving this away for free as a proposed standard.

Please let me know if my solution is impractical or flawed.

Apparently I am neither. Creationists attempt to pass religion as science while many evolutionists seem to attempt to form evolution into a sort of religion.

well, religion/evolution aren't science, but both are fighting over the word and evolution is better disguised in it, so it's winning.
